We design and facilitate collective processes that help communities, partners, and institutions understand and navigate complex systems, surface power dynamics, and identify leverage points for more effective programming. Our work spans listening tours and community-led co-design, systems mapping and stakeholder engagement, participatory monitoring and adaptive learning, organizational capacity strengthening, and more.

We partner with funders to build strategic, trust-based philanthropic approaches that move resources toward lasting systemic change. We help design trust-based strategies, participatory grantmaking models, and accountability systems that center community voice — supporting institutions to put values into practice. Our work spans portfolio design, landscape analysis, operational change, and systems for mutual accountability that strengthen grantees and enable collective learning.

Customized and on-demand trainings offer individuals and teams the opportunity to deepen practice in participatory, locally led approaches and applied systems thinking. Grounded in real-world application, our courses cover topics ranging from practical systems thinking and designing change pathways to working locally in fragile and conflict-affected settings. We offer on-demand toolkits and resources here, and plan to launch open-enrollment modules in the future.
